The Produktionsallianz invited us to its summer party at the Tipi am Kanzleramt, and we were right in the middle of it. In among producers, colleagues and decision makers, in the middle of Berlin and exactly where it mattered that evening. The address takes that fairly literally: above the white pagoda tents in the courtyard stands the Chancellery, with a construction crane next to it.
The Produktionsallianz Summer Party at the Tipi am Kanzleramt
The Produktionsallianz summer party in Berlin, with speeches by Michelle Müntefering and Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Good food, cold drinks and a spell of rain in between.
I. Right in the middle of Berlin
II. Two speeches
For a moment it turned official. Michelle Müntefering spoke first, and the speech landed. After her we got to listen to Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, in front of a row of cameras set up for the occasion. An industry that is currently doing a lot of talking about its own situation heard two speeches that evening, and both went down well. Then it started to rain briefly. Everyone stayed anyway.
III. Thank you
Good food, good cold drinks and conversations in between with people you otherwise only reach by email. That is what you travel to Berlin for. Many thanks for the warm invitation and the support to the Produktionsallianz, to Michelle Müntefering and to Nora Pitschmann. We are looking forward to the next one.
